Eric Stegemann – Founder / Director of Business Development

Founder & Dir. of Business Development

Eric Stegemann made it his goal to push the real estate field to new levels.  Calling upon his diverse background in computer engineering, computer science, marketing, and journalism, Stegemann built from scratch one of the largest independent real estate brokerages in the St. Louis area  During this time, Eric learned the trials and tribulations that brokers face in the day to day operations of their business.  Stegemann created Tribus as an answer to the real estate franchising process that would allow brokers to build their own brand while receiving the technology and support normally only found in major franchises.
