The answer is yes. A buyer and seller can do a transaction without the use or help of a REALTOR(R) just like I can buy, sell and trade stock without a stockbroker.  I just have one big problem, I am not an expert at the Stockmarket.  I want to work with someone who knows what they are doing, can explain it to me and has a successful track record in their industry.  I find value in that and the management of my transactions.  I will pay money, good money, if I know someone is working, helping and watching out for me.  I think the public feels this way about agents too.  Very good points, I think the agent of the future will have to use many of the tools you mentioned to stay relevant to the industry but, like you said, the computer cannot give the human touch to the transaction.</description>
