It is no longer an option for agents to keep and market to lists of contacts and clients. Going forward it is one of the most important items to building a pipeline of business. Effective monitoring and tracking of these clients is the next step. Tribus’ contact management system makes this process so easy that even your least tech oriented agent will begin using it immediately. This system integrates with our drip email system to create amazing campaigns with little to no effort on behalf of your agents.
When prospects begin to interact with the website, there is a level of tracking that is hard to find anywhere else. Agents and brokers can see what listings clients have viewed, how they got to the website, set them up for automatic listing emails via our HomeHunter feature, and more.
When a lead comes in, within seconds, it is routed to an agent. Your company can set any rules you’d like on how leads are distributed. Have a team of approved web agents? Easy. Want to hand them out in a round robin format? Done. Have a lead coordinator to handle them? Our system can handle that as well.
In a world where the speed of how fast you get back with a prospect is the number one reason an individual signs with a broker, it’s vital to ensure a quick response to information requests. Our system can hand the lead to a different agent if someone doesn’t respond within your allotted time.
Agents receive lead notifications via text message and email. They can accept the lead right on their web enabled cell phones. After accepting they can get contact information and can see any listings or requests the potential buyer has.

Understand you are in a revision mode at present, but a demo of product would be great.
I have personally wasted so much time, on the phone, in sit downs with RE Vendors, who use the Texas hold em approach to their products, only by divulging all kinds of broker info do you get a peek at their products. And having spent thousands as a broker on stuff, I now am in the mode if I can't test drive it without Vendor involvement, then NEXT.
Example after hours of putting together broker info for a Vendor to “evaluate our needs” and hours of phone consulting, he recommended a CMS that he wanted a 35 grand licensing fee to use, and his CMS was not even as good as that of Joomla!
This broker is no longer going to look at Vendors, only companies that will share the risks of their products performance and have the desire to partner with us in the fulfillment of delivery and product performance, and no we will no longer sign 12 month monthly fee contracts. Only the vendor wins in those contracts, and the broker is usually put in a weakened position, because that is the way a Vendor contract is developed.
So before I give you information, provide the Contract you will want me to sign, if the Contract is approved by our attorney, then I will evaluate your products. So far I have had no takers.

I'll see about creating perhaps a short 2-3 minute promotional video. Keep in mind though that with the rules of MLSs we cant' really create a demo product for most of our products. Our goal is to have our customers speak for how amazing our product is, we want to create raving fans. Our very first affiliate wrote such an emotional email about what we were providing that it brought some in our office to tears.
I agree with you regarding the RE vendors completely. Like you I don't have time to play games with companies. We have way too many potential affiliates to work with to waste time playing games.
And at your suggestion we have replaced the price documents on our site. Unfortuantely though, of course it doesn't really answer your question. The reason? Our pricing model is literally different for every broker. We let you choose your pricing structure. Are you a large brokerage with numerous agents and a set amount of sales? Perhaps a monthly fee is best for you with 0% of GCI. Maybe you're a smaller enterprise with only a few agents and you dont' want to worry about any large monthly fees in December and January when nothing is selling… For that style company we offer a very minimal monthly fee (less than $500/month) but a higher percentage of GCI. However the % of GCI and monthly fees for us are a losing money venture. Our upside is in helping you make more money by driving business to you through channels we setup. We truly are willing to put our money where our mouth is… We build websites, content, and train your agents to ensure the highest conversion ratio of deals through our systems. Therefore you're making more money, your agents have more business, and Tribus makes money, truly a Win Win Win. If you're company sells over $10mil in gross real estate, I'm confident we can find a way to work together! Keep in mind we are NOT a technology vendor. We're a consultant, coach, tech advisor, and brokerage all rolled into one.
If you read our blog posts, you'll see that we're a company that preaches transperancy and authenticity. Of course I'd be happy to send you our agreement. Please send me your email and any other info you'd like to Eric.Stegemann@TribusGroup.com

My contract with Realtygenerator is due for renewal very soon. Please contact ASAP as your solutions appears to be what we want.
Eric, by coincedence, I posted the features I would ultimately want to have in a new platform here:
http://activerain.com/blogs/paulzubrys
Wanted: A fully integrated real estate website, on a single domain, that includes a built in Content Management System or Blog platform, an IDX / RETS that allows the site Admin to have control over site’s CSS, a CRM platform that automatically, and in real time, imports new leads from a variety of web forms on many different domains, distributes those new leads based on criteria determined by the Admin, tracks the online activity of all leads and automatically follows up by sending out the appropriate message to the Agent and/or lead based on conditions met by the lead, such as; saving favorite listings, setting up listing alerts, making inquires, requesting an appointment, opening email, clicking on a link, subscribing to a newsletter, unsubscribing, etc…
I look forward to talking with you soon.
I'm really excited to see your updated systems – especially the Tribus CRM. 5 years ago my brother and I were discussing a “brokerage-in-a-box” concept involving internet advertising, home search site lead capture, CRM client conversion strategies, and other business infrastructure that would provide more value to any agent than what most big brokerages were and are providing.
At the time the cost of technology was too high and I'm really glad to see someone taking your innovative, comprehensive approach.
Here are a few of my thoughts on Real Estate CRMs with a mention of Tribus. I'll do a specific review once we get a better look at the new stuff. http://activerain.com/blogsview/1684402/real-es...
