Our listing system is completely integrated with your MLS via IDX. This means (depending on your MLS) within a couple hours of the listing being inserted in the MLS it’s also in your listing management system. You can then track data on each listing including the number of times it has been viewed online.
As a broker you can within a single screen see which of your listings have had changes for example those with price reductions, those that have gone pending, or even find listings about to expire.
This allows you to stay on top of the potential for lost or future business within your organziation.
