You’ve probably seen and heard of showing systems that track your listings and request feedback.  But you probably know that these systems cost $Hundreds per month.  Even for the smallest broker, the most common solution can run $200 per month.

As an alternative there are the showing companies out there that take showing calls for you.  These services can also be hundreds per month or $30 or more per listing per month.  These fees can really add up and cut into the profitability of a brokerage.

  • Auto addition of all listings via your MLS
  • Auto import of showing instructions from your MLS (you can add your own private instructions for only your agents to see)
  • Auto addition of all agents in your MLS to allow showings including phone numbers and email
  • Auto email to the listing and showing agents reminding them of the showing
  • Auto feedback requests from showing agents (feedback can, with your permission, be auto sent to clients as well)
  • Your agents can set acceptable showing times by month, day, week and even set specific times that the property can or can’t be shown
  • Brokers / Managers can track all showings and see information/feedback
