Tribus Creates Affordable Pricing For Any Size Brokerage

Because Tribus is a unique offering, there is a unique pricing structure as well, designed to work for the 2 agent brokerage, as well as the 20,000 agent mega-brokerage.

Our fees are based upon 3 components that work together:

  1. Monthly Fees
  2. % of GCI
  3. % of Leads Referred Through Tribus Developed Channels

For example, a brokerage that already has a large book of business might pay a higher monthly fee but pay 0% of GCI.  But a boutique brokerage with 5 agents might want very small monthly fees, starting at $500 / month,  in exchange for a higher % of GCI and leads closed through the channels Tribus creates for the brokerage.
