We want to get lots of people to your website, but more importantly of those people that go to your site we want a large portion of them to register and want more information. The best way we’ve found to do that involves many steps. We first work with each of our Brokers and Agents to set a strategy. Some only want to cover a very specific area (Like Torelli Realty in Costa Mesa who has every single Costa Mesa, CA home for sale indexed on their site), others want as large of an area as we can create for them. Once we’ve set that strategy, we employe techniques that only Tribus has available to get the listings indexed. Some of our clients have over 15,000 listings indexed by Google and other search engines like Yahoo! and Bing.

While building sites though, our engineers focus on lead conversion strategies. We place specifically designed callsto action in various places around your site to ensure the most number of people will register. But beyond simple things like getting more information and scheduling a showing, we also offer unique content built into the IDX such as property reports with multiple pages of interesting information about the home and the surrounding area.
In addition, while we let our clients have the final say, we suggest what we call the Pester method for registration. Unlike most other indexable IDX offerings, our system can pop up a form requesting the client to register after viewing a pre-determined number of properties. We suggest the Pester method because it allows a client to build trust with a brokerage or agent website before being forced to register.
