    It’s funny – when I ask agents what the most important app on their smartphone is, I get 1000 response. I smile and always tell them, I believe the most important app on their phone, is the phone app! It’s the only way to build a true relationship with the client. It brings something personal to what may start as very impersonal and it shows you care. Great points here.
