First, let’s start by clarifying a bit… “CRM” stands for “Customer Relationship Management”. A CRM System is a tool used by Realtors and brokerage companies to keep track of their leads – what they are doing on their website, notes, phone calls, etc.

There’s also another portion of agents who are using a CRM, but not one that’s tailored specifically towards Realtors.
